Digitisation of Resim – E-POSLOVANJE
The production company Resim d.o.o., with its headquarters in Ljubljana and business premises in Trzin, specializes in the production of high-quality plastic packaging for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc., made of various plastic materials, mainly PP, SAN, PE, ABS, … In the last few years, the company has innovated in the field of recycled materials and can now offer all products made from recycled rPP (PCR and PIR) and BIOBASED. To date, the company has expanded and diversified its online product offer; 2 product groups made up of 30 families and between 3 and 8 different sizes. These are semi-finished products and products manufactured in Slovenia, of high quality. The company is also one of the first companies in Europe to be able to produce, with the help of a co-operator in Slovenia, squeeze jars made of 100 % recycled rPET. With a wide range of products, the company can ensure that it meets the varied and specific needs of its business partners and clients.
The company has implemented five actions in the framework of the E-Commerce call. In the field of electronic exchange between partners, a secure link was established with customers, partners, and stakeholders involved. The company participated in one reference virtual trade fair in the framework of the measure on the digitalization of trade fair appearances. An integrated study of the company’s digital presence was carried out in the framework of the measure on the introduction of websites for foreign markets. A website was created in two foreign languages, a responsive design was developed, and analytics of website visits were introduced. A product-sales video was produced in Slovenian with Croatian and English subtitles. Competency-building training in social media management and data analytics was also provided.
As a result of the measures implemented, marketing and sales processes were strengthened, communication with partners and customers was accelerated, more effective marketing was introduced, and internationalization was increased.
