Digital transformation of Flexido d.o.o. – P4D

Flexido d.o.o. is a young company engaged in the development of flexible robotic cells that provide a solution to those involved in the production of products using CNC and injection molding machines, which places them in the vertical axis of robotic systems and components and the horizontal focus area of robotics.

Within the project “Digital Transformation of Flexido d.o.o.” the company’s business processes were automated and digitized. The purchase of a 6-axis robot and computer equipment, the introduction of new software to connect the central IT system with other units in the logistics chain, the introduction of a remote service, training, and the implementation of a cyber test are just some of the key activities carried out during the project.

By implementing the activities under the operation, the company is in a better position to pursue its objectives of a high level of development orientation for the production of innovative products. The mission of the company is to increase robotization and digitalization in manufacturing companies, so they have to take care of the implementation of such solutions in their business processes in the first place.

The operation is expected to have the effect of increasing turnover by improving the economy of production, increasing the quality and thus the added value of the products, and, consequently, reducing internal operating costs. By (new) products with higher added value, a focus on development, and a faster production cycle, the company aims to increase the added value per employee.
