Our startup, Passivus, which focuses on the development of passive wooden greenhouses, was featured in Finance.
In the article titled Smart Gardening: energy-efficient and automated greenhouses for urban dwellers, they presented our sustainable greenhouse, designed to be energy autonomous and enabling automated year-round food production. This 42-square-meter greenhouse requires a location information for the construction and is designed to meet the highest sustainability standards.
The article also reports on the €30,000 financial award we received in the GEN-I sustainability contest, which will accelerate the realization of our first prototype, set to be available in the spring of 2025 in Stranje near Kamnik.
